The Personnel Division,
part of the County Administrator's Office, is responsible for the research and development of comprehensive
human resource policies and procedures, and for the administration of all phases of the Human Resources program
including direction for recruitment, selection and orientation of employees; payroll processing and employee benefits
administration; ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; and providing training programs for
Morris County employees.
